Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, Epson will send you an email containing the tracking ID for your delivery. Simply click the link in the email to view real-time delivery details.
Alternatively if you have registered for an Epson account you can login to your account and you will find tracking details in your Order History.
Note: tracking details will not be available until your order has been dispatched.
How do I reset my account password?
To reset your password: Click the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right of our Epson store homepage or click here
Click the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" link
Enter your registered email address in the Reset Password pop-up and click Reset Password.
You will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.
If you do not receive your Reset Password email link within 30 minutes:
Check your junk/spam folder.
Try again ensuring you use the correct email address you originally registered with.
How do I download my invoice?
Log in to your Epson Store account.
Go to Order History and select the order you want the invoice for.
Click on Download Invoice to download a PDF version of the invoice.
