Store

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, Epson will send you an email containing the tracking ID for your delivery. Simply click the link in the email to view real-time delivery details.

Alternatively if you have registered for an Epson account you can login to your account and you will find tracking details in your Order History.

Note: tracking details will not be available until your order has been dispatched.

How do I reset my account password?

  • To reset your password: Click the ‘Sign In’ link at the top right of our Epson store homepage or click here

  • Click the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" link

  • Enter your registered email address in the Reset Password pop-up and click Reset Password.

  • You will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password.

  • If you do not receive your Reset Password email link within 30 minutes:

  • Check your junk/spam folder.

  • Try again ensuring you use the correct email address you originally registered with.

How do I download my invoice?

  • Log in to your Epson Store account.

  • Go to Order History and select the order you want the invoice for.

  • Click on Download Invoice to download a PDF version of the invoice.

ReadyPrint

How do subscriptions work?

Epson ReadyPrint is a subscription-based printing service that provides customers with a hassle-free way to manage their printing needs. Instead of buying ink as needed, users pay a monthly fee based on their expected print volume. Epson automatically monitors ink levels through the printer’s internet connection and ships replacement ink before you run out. This ensures continuous printing without unexpected interruptions and often includes cost savings compared to traditional ink purchases.

Do I receive ink every month?

No - ReadyPrint monitors your printer’s ink levels and automatically ships the right ink before you run out, so you never need to reorder.

Why I was charged extra this month, more than the cost of my plan?

You were likely charged extra because you printed more pages than your plan allows, changed or upgraded your plan mid-cycle. Check your invoice for page usage, overage rates, and any plan changes, and contact Epson support if the charges still seem unclear.

I can’t see my usage on my account, it’s not reflected.

If your Epson ReadyPrint usage isn’t showing, make sure you’re logged into the correct portal and check your plan status under “Go to plan”, confirm your printer is online and updated, as usage data only syncs when connected; if everything looks fine but data is still missing, sign out and back in, then contact Epson support.

What is the difference between ReadyPrint cartridges and Genuine cartridges

ReadyPrint Flex ink cartridges are designed exclusively for use in ReadyPrint-compatible devices with an active subscription. This subscription enables the printer to communicate ink levels, ensuring timely delivery of replacement cartridges. While standard genuine ink cartridges can be used in the printer, doing so will disable page counting and prevent automatic ink replenishment when ink is running low, but you will still be changed the monthly fee for the plan.

I want to use non-subscription genuine inks with an active ReadyPrint subscription why can’t I?

You can use standard genuine ink cartridges with an active ReadyPrint subscription, but the monthly plan fee will still apply. Using ReadyPrint Flex inks alongside an active subscription allows the printer to monitor ink levels and automatically deliver replacements when needed. If you choose to use regular genuine inks instead, page counting will be disabled, and automatic ink replenishment will not occur when ink run low.

Do I need to keep the printer connected to the internet?

You need to keep your Epson ReadyPrint printer connected to the internet because the service depends on an active connection to monitor ink levels, track page usage, manage your subscription, and send firmware updates.

If the printer stays offline for too long, the subscription may be paused or cancelled, and you might not receive replacement ink on time. Temporary disconnections are fine, but for uninterrupted service, it should generally remain online.

Can I signup with my own EcoTank product for ReadyPrint subscription?

No – The EcoTank printer is included as part of your subscription. Once you have completed the sign-up process and chosen the plan that best suits your needs, the printer will be dispatched to you.

How do I register my product?

1.Visit the Registration Page: https://register.epson-europe.com/

2. Complete the Registration Form

  • Select your printer model and enter its serial number.

  • Provide your details: name, email address, country, date of birth, date of purchase, and indicate whether the device is for personal or business use.

3. You can choose to receive driver/software updates and marketing information.

4. Once completed, submit the form to complete your registration

How do I register for a promotion?

Go to the promotions website https://www.epson.co.uk/en_GB/promotions and select the promotion you would like to claim for, follow the instructions on the claim page to register for the selected promotion

How do I register my extended warranty?

1. Visit the Epson CoverPlus registration page and select the User Type:

  • Home Customer

  • Business Customer

  • Reseller

2. On the form, choose your Country and provide your Name, Company Name (If applicable) and email address.

3. Enter your activation details

  • CoverPlus Security Number (16 digit number found on your CoverPlus pack).

  • Product serial number (Serial Number should be 10 or 11 alphanumeric characters).

  • Date of purchase (must be within 60 days of product purchase date).

4. Review and accept the CoverPlus Terms & Conditions, then submit the form.

5. You should receive a confirmation email once your registration is successful.

How do I check my warranty?

Enter your product serial number into the Search by Serial Number box and click search to see the warranty status of your product.

When will the extended warranty be reflected?

If you have registered a CoverPlus with a 16 digit code this will be instantly reflected on the website by checking with the serial number.

Promotional warranties will not reflect straight away, you must wait up to 30 days for the extended warranty to be reflected on the website.

Support

How do I request a repair or service?

If you experience a fault with your Epson product, please contact Epson Support. Our team will guide you through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the issue. If a repair is required, the support team will arrange this for you.

You can find full details on how to contact Epson Support under the "Contact Us” tab. Before connecting you with an advisor, we’ll ask for some information in order to direct you to the correct department.

How do I find my serial number?

The 10-digit serial number (or 11-digit for projectors) is located on the device’s label, between two asterisks.

Your product serial number appears on the side, back, or bottom of your product. It may also appear on a label beneath your product's scanner unit or printer cover.

How can I find my admin password?

The admin password for your Epson product can be found on a sticker attached to the device.
